Diversity and Inclusivity Statement
Here at Tammy Guest and the Natupreneur Movement we believe that diversity and inclusivity aren’t optional.
Everyone is welcome
We want TG to be a beautiful, bubbling melting pot of people from all backgrounds, beliefs and life experiences. A place where every person feels they belong.
Everyone is respected, supported and appreciated for their uniqueness, diverse gifts and talents – no matter who they are or where they come from.
We acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the first inhabitants of the nation and the traditional custodians of the lands where we live, learn, and work. We acknowledge the Awabal People in particular, their Elders past, present and emerging as the original keepers of wisdom and Country from which our work comes to you.
We believe that being true to ourselves and contributing our different perspectives makes us all grow.
Our success comes from the diversity of our profession and our clients being represented in all we do. The more diverse, the more powerful our impact and ripple effects for our communities.
Inclusivity means more than ticking boxes. For us Inclusivity means welcoming-
Cultural diversity, people from different races, ancestry and religions.
Accessibility for those with disabilities and chronic conditions.
The full gamut of LGBTQIA+ community and those exploring where they fit with gender and sexuality.
Peeps who are many years apart in age, have kids, don’t have kids, have fur babies, and come from all sorts of family backgrounds.
Size inclusivity and body positive peeps.
Those who have different food preferences, from our plant passionate vegans to meat lovers and everyone in between.
Be kind. Be respectful. Be curious. Be generous. Be celebratory.
We will always strive to learn more and do better and acknowledge this is an ongoing process that we are committed to, online, in our trainings, at our retreats and conferences.
